Sifr Data (pronounced ˈsīfər like the word cipher) was created by Basil Bayati, an applied mathematician. He has published scientific articles in Physical Review E., The Journal of Chemical Physics and The Journal of Computational Physics. Basil earned his Ph.D. in Computational Science from ETH Zürich.
